Reading the Shoulders Think Tank got me wondering…
I use the 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution (PreHab for PLers) routine for shoulders after my ME and DE bench work.
It goes something like this:
- all 2 sets of 8 -
side & front delt raise (supersetted)
behind neck press
rear delt flyes
lying flyes
“L” flyes
I generally move through this pretty quickly. Maybe a minute between sets, but going immediately to the next exercise.
It seems to work for me. Any opinions on this book, it’s contents or my application?

LA,
What is the authors reasoning behind using side and front raises, as well as behind the neck presses?
In my humble opinion, EC’s “Rotator Cuff Conundrum” is a far superior program if you are looking for a quality prehab program.
Stay strong

MR, thanks for the response.
I don’t remember all the reasoning behind the movements in the 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution, and a friend has my book.
I will give the EC rotator routine a try, doing it after my ME/DE bench days.
