that purple squat rack rocks. Also the form is perfect for what their trainers recommend, which is not to go low in the squat. Tight arch in the back, nice positioning with shoulders/neck etc. But if you want to hit the posterior chain you gotta go deeper, at least to parallel. Lower the weight first if you havent trained in this range or you will get stuck in the hole.
I’m gonna say something others on here wont like. I think u should narrow your stance JUST a little at first because you have narrow hips, and your force angle will be too oblique when you are in the hole.
People will point to some powerlifter with 3 foot wide hips/ass and show a wide stance and say ‘do that’ but come on we’re not all built like sumo wrestlers you gotta adjust.
