I have been training 3 years the last 2 years i go 5 days a week without fail. I want more strenght. I want to get to 200 with about 9 to 10 %BF with in the next 3 to 4 weeks, I would like to end up 210 or more but this will take some time.
I might. I have been making some great progress and call me and idiot but i am using the power of the brain. Please dont call me an idiot. I think the bulking can come easy but your right the fat might take a bit. in the last two months i have put on intense size and lovin it.
It is strange. Thank you for paying attention. I just never really did alot of that power stuff and am not working really hard on it. I was kinda an idiot but we all make mistakes and then get better.
Hey i am back and finally made some serious changes. I posted this awhile ago but finally got down to 190 and brought all my lifts up using 5/3/1/ and some other programs so now my bench is at 225 and i can rep 295 for 5 reps and my dead lift got up to 415 and my squat got to 335 so things are working out.
