I have a month off from college starting dec 18 till january 21st, and im wondering if by any chance can you come up with something i can do to get into better shape for the football season that requires no equipment because i will not have any access to any gym, all i will have are the streets of brooklyn,ny to train. Get to reading and email Coach. Everything, I mean everything we do can be simulated one way or another without equipment. Well by equipment I mean what normal people call equipment. You might need an axe or a big block of concrete or a towel and some monkey bars. Oh and your definitely gonna need some loud music.
