Coach, could you please assist me in designing a program for myself. I am just finishing up my senior year for football and I am looking to play college ball. I am a undersized DT (210@ 10-12%) and I lack in every category from strength to flexibility and every thing in between.(yet some how I am a decent football player). I would love to hear what you have to say about Periodization and how I should attack this, thank you in advance
