Football Training

hey does anyone out there know about training at CATZ (competitive athletic training zone0 for football cause im thinking about doing it, but im not sure if it would be worth the money cause i havent herd the best things about it.

Never heard of it. Can you give any details?

What part of MA are you in? My name is Donnell Boucher and I’m the Head Performance Coach at CATZ Auburn…In MA, we have other facilities in Needham, Wilmington, and Acton. At each of those facilities, Certified Strength Coaches train athletes in all sports ranging from Football to Golf.

In Acton, most of the coaches are from a football background, and the same with us in Auburn…Although the coaches at Needham and Wilmington sites are just as capable at training football athletes. At the time, the Needham staff is prepping a few Boston College players for the NFL combine…

My advice to you would be to call up each facility, and talk to the different directors, and see which of us takes to you the best…Then go through a trial training session and make your decision.

In the meantime, read “50 Tips for Serious Athletes” by Jeremy Frisch…He is my co-worker, former teammate, friend and Director of CATZ Acton…That should give you an idea of how we get after it at CATZ.
