Football Training Resources

Hey im really new here but ive been reading a lot of articles and just going through the forums.

I dont really know how to make a routine for myself but i do know my way around supplements and such.

so if there are any links or something to a help resource for making routines that would be greatly appreciated.

I will give you my “stats”

I am 15 years old
Im currently playing hockey and i plan working out 3 days a week

I played football this year i was on the O-line

I am 5"11 210 pounds, i want to increase my speed and of course my strength
