Foot postion

Hi folks, simple question.

I’ve been doing some stability analysis and have a pronounced glute/medialis imbalance.
This imbalance is exacerbated in the extreme by the massive medialis to lateralis imbalance I have.

I have moved all my leg exercises to unilateral
inclusive of walking lunges. however for unilateral leg press what foot placement do people recommend to optimise lateralis recruitment?

Any other exercise recommendations would be good

Squats and leg presses with a narrow stance and toes either pointed straight ahead or slightly inward. Also, leg extensions with the toes pointed inward tend to recruit the lateralis well, especially the bottom portion of the movement. As such, 1 1/4 reps might be a good addition.
