Focus on The Basics

Hi, I’m a guy, guilty of program hopping. Always willing to try the new most effective method and fancy exercises. Admittedely this video played a role in my decision process

But I want to just stick with a program as long as I can and cut out all the fluff.
I’ll train 3 days/week alternating a Push and a Pull Workout.

Just 2 sets to failure each exercises: 1x6-10; 1x10-15

A:
Bench press
Ohp
Dips
Squats

B:
Barbell Row
Chin Ups
Ez bar curl
SLDL
