Flexibility Exercises for the Hips?

Hi! I have gotten some problems lately, i feel very “stiff” in my glute,hip and groin area/ my whole “midsection”. This has become an issue for me since I’m doing BJJ and MMA (and we all know that beeing flexible in that are is an advantage in the sport) and I even feel limited in the gym when doing exercises like deadlifts and squats. So my question is; do you guys have any stretching/mobility/flexibility exercises to recommend.

lookup number 1 use for the smith machine.

do a search on this site or google for Mike Robertson Eric Cressey, they have a great video
that is pretty basic called magnificent mobility.

I would start with 90/90 stretch seated 90/90 and the samson stretch or bulgarian split stretch

also you need to try some mobility work, fire hydrants wide outs, glute bridges,
Joe DeFranco has some good stuff called the agile 8 on youtube.

go to Stew Smith . com, and he has a Program in there for free for lower back health. it’s geared towards lower back stuff, but has tons of hip stretches…
