Inverted rows-4x10 + db bench-40’sx?, 80’sx3x8 (finally)
Skullcrushers-60x3x15 + curls-60x15,70x12,80x8 all these were done with as little rest as possible. Flew through this workout. Whole thing took maybe 40 minutes.
About 2 I did 12 neutral pullups
12 reverse lunges
16 high incline pushups
4 n pullups
4 r lunges
Going to the gym about 8:30 tonight. Had to get rid of my bed and haven’t had time to pick a new one up so I’ve been sleeping on the floor, haha. I wake up knotted up like a geriatric pretzel. If I can get loose I’ll try and get some dunks on cam.

that sucks about sleeping on the floor. sometimes its nice to lay on the floor… but i dont know about all night hahaha

It’s not so bad, and it’s not permanent so I’m sure that helps ease the pain. With that I’m taking the dog and staying at an ex’s tonight.

Hang cleans- 95x3,135x3,185x3x3 Been awhile since I’ve done these. Were harder than they should’ve been.
18" close stance box squats against mini bands- barx5,135x5,185x3,225x3,275x2,295x2,315x2,335x2,355x2 don’t know how much weight it was at the top, but I’d guess between 60-80 lbs.

The rapper the Game was at my gym last night. Shook his hand and said what’s up. Seemed like a fairly cool guy.
My left knee is fucking killing me and its driving me nuts. Need to stop slacking on the foam rolling.
On non weight training days I’ll knock out the pullups and lunges as fast as I can, and on training days I’ll keep the reps at 12. 17 pullups was surprisingly easy, and I’m doing all this with no warm-up. This might be a stupid remark, but doing these every day is making me pretty efficient at 'em. Also, even though I’ve only been doing this for a week or so, I feel like my endurance has gone up and I’m even a little stronger, though the strength might just be from finally figuring out what works for me as ME moves on bench as I’ve been making slow, consistent progress for a bit now (knock on wood). Interested to see where I’m at at the end of this.

Had the day off so last night went out with an ex and got retardedly drunk. Had the worst hangover all day but actually had a damn good workout. Made improvements over last week, next week ill skip the 180 banded set and not be hungover, so I’m hoping for at least 10lbs over today. Y’all be good.
Found a park that’s a 2 minute drive from my house that has a half court, baseball field, soccer field and a kids playground. Shot around for about 45 minutes, then did 6x3 rim touches from a standstill, then did 6 30-ish yard sprints with a minute between.

Had to get the workout in after breakfast and unfortunately my legs don’t wake up til after lunch, so no dunks (sad face). That was said in jest but there’s literally probably a 3-4" difference from the mornings to the afternoon, and there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do to even 'em out (more sad face).
Don’t know if I’ve said it yet, but these are done back-to-back with no rest. So far it’s been pretty easy, though I guess that’s the point. Let’s hope it stays that way.
