Been training for about five years. tried different routines in the past, but almost always trained each body part once per week. I’m thinking of hitting each body part every five days, which mean at least two parts/day. volume works best for me, but the load is two much. because of this, i have had to drop volume down. iam not using, because of money, not ethics and i am eating plenty and often. question is it better to hit each body part more often with less volume, or less often with more volume?
