k so ive been doin 3 days a week for about 2 years now, its served me well ive gained some great weight and strength went through the roof, but i want to start training 4-5 days a week, i kno some people might say “if its still working then keep doing it” but i get anxious on my days off and i want to go more, i want to increase strength as well as size and i prefer doing each body part more than once a week, any input would be appreciated, thanks.

I think no one’s responding because you haven’t really given anything to comment on. Switching to 4 or 5 days a week is fine. If you post your intended split you’ll probably get more feedback.
If you have the energy and “need” or “want” to train 4-5x a week, then bloody well do it. Just make sure you split things up well so you train all your body parts, enough.
assuming you have been doing total body workouts 3x week, it might be wise to try adding a 4th total body day(like 2 days heavy, 2 days light) instead of going straight into 5/6 day “BB” split. You could try a push-pull or upper-lower where you split the body in half and train each “half” twice weekly. Or hell, even apply that concept to a unilateral phase and train your right side one day, left the next, third day rest and then repeat.
the point is, there are countless options… choose one, work hard, and keep getting stronger. good luck.
