So you would be paying $100 to train for 20min four times per month?
I don’t understand this model if I’m reading correctly. (1) 20min session per week will do absolutely nothing irregardless of the type of machine.
i grow workout to workout on 3-7 minutes per week. you probably are unable to generate the intensity necessary for this as a beginner. the more advanced you get the better you become at training intensely.
Sorry dude. 3-7 minutes is a set or two. You’re telling me that even pros are not able to generate the intensity you do and grow? They train 5-6 days per week but you can train a couple sets and grow?
Let’s see a pic of someone who is that in tune with their training that a couple sets a week benefit them?
pros?
1 set taken to failure is all that is required for growth and iv seen it work over and over again. anything more is at best placebo, redundant and at worst a net negative.
Yeah pros. If this one set method works why do pros not use this? If your referring to one top set I’m on board but there is no way walking in a gym, hitting one set and leaving is a good way to train.
Again, let’s see the physique that one set builds.
listening to the pros will have you not getting any results. go ahead train like sam sulek im not gonna stop you from training like phil heath. go ahead.
i have a home gym with everything. i could be training hours on end everyday with no cost and i still only train a few minutes a week. under 20 minutes a month. growing workout to workout.
I’m with @Andrewgen_Receptors
Either put up or shut up.
Let’s see what five minutes a week of training looks like.
Maybe if you built your physique using conventional training methods you could maintain what you have but you aren’t growing. Prove me wrong
I assume this is just a marketing ploy to attract beginners. If you respond to low volume HIT training, one day a week may work initially (or for maintenance). But Arthur Jones and Ellington Darden both recommend 3 training days a week. Personally, I train two days a week, but need some more volume and different stimulus to make it happen.
If @Bane2 has found his holy graal - Good for you! But, in my understanding, there are indeed few trainees that respond well to Mentzer HIT protocols. That said, I really like Mentzer’s ideas on how little you can train and still progress?
I consider myself a High Intensity Training advocate for the most part, I train my clients with 1-2 working sets per exercise to failure, training 3-4 days per week but our sessions are always 40 minutes to an hour. I don’t know how you’re getting Elite muscle growth outcomes in 20 minutes a month. Not really possible
my last comment with the r-word was reported, so I’ll use more colorful wording…
You know how living beings evolve over time due to small genetic anomalies, and that some of those anomalies result in better outcomes for that species - so they are prioritized for breeding?
This guy’s genetic anomaly is the kind that dies out because it does the opposite.
A hundred shells a month is steep. But. For a big city I think it is kind of cheap. Trainers in NYC are charging more, much more I believe. When using such a program, watch your diet.
