Will fish oils keep longer if you refrigerate them?

Good question! And, as the other post above stated, YES!!! Also, you might want to try and find a source of BHT which you can add to the oils to keep them fresh as long as possible. I always open up a 250 mg capsule and pour it into my bottles of oil (pumkin seed, flax, fish, etc.). Off the top of my head I can’t remember where I got the BHT but a quick google search should do the trick. I hope this helps…
I do keep mine in the fridge. But I cant see how it makes a difference. Seeing how my Fish Oil Caps and my flaxseed oil are consumed within a week.
Be careful with the gel caps, the moisture in the fridge will destroy them.
