EPA/DHA: 6-10g combined per day.
CLA: 3.5g per day.
Glutamine dosage is highly individual. It should be based on your training and diet. When cutting, more is needed. As a baseline, I would say 10-15g per day in divided doses. Take 5g before your training session and 5g during/after. The other 5g should be split between breakfast and before bed. Hope this helps.
