Ok, everything I have read says one should take about 6 grams of efa a day. Im just confused, should I take 6 grams of fish oil, or should i take 6 grams of epa/dha each, or should I take a combined 6 grams of epa/dha? Any help would be appriciated.

The reference for the study Mr. Berardi pointed to in the current issue is, Am J Physiol 1996 Feb:270(2 pt 1):E353-62. However I do not understand why everyone is recommending 6-10 grams of combined EPA and DHA a day because in this study the subjects took a total of 6 grams of FISH OIL a day which equals 1.1 g/day of EPA and 0.7 g/day of DHA. If someone could post the study where 6-10 grams of combined EPA/DHA were used I would appreciate it.
