This is a clip from a documentary that was already posted. This guy thinks way too hard about what his daily meals are.
thats fucking hilarious.
And yet he won didn’t he?

that really surprised me. they didn’t focus too much on the other competitors, but some of them had a lot more size than him
Couldn’t he just make it simple and go with Crab Cakes?
Hm, I feel like Iv seen this somewhere before…
Oh yeahhh, it was posted here two days ago. That thread is still on the main page, haha.
what a shit diet and lifestyle he has. He has the brain cell count of a gold fish… umm fish, rice cake, then some fish, then fish and a rice cake, then ummmmmm fish.

Ronnie Coleman spends half of his videos reading the caloric content of BBQ sauce to his audience.

fucking LOL
While watching that, I thought for a moment that he might be acting, like in a Pythonesque way. But probably not.
I thought fish was supposed to help your brain function better.
Eats me fish and a rice cake! rofl wow. Yeah huh Naphta, good old chicken and KC masterpiece! thats pre contest too.

it is ironic, but it is carbs (high GI) which makes the brain work better… that is why some bodybuilders are so slow to describe their diets…coleman, this guy… me…
in his only defense, he was probably seeing which meals he was allowed carbs and that does require a lot of thinking, especially if your carb depleted but then after listening to the guy…roflmao…
DG
I’ve thought about this a little.
Looks like he had the equivalent of 2 3-4 oz fillets of whitefish in the pan. Let’s call it 8oz of fish.
Maybe he only eats 8oz of fish 5 out of his 9 meals. Maybe he eats less, say 1 4 oz fillet the other 4. He eats 4 rice cakes per day.
(appx. values)
4 rice cakes @ 45cals = 180 cals
5 x 8oz = (5 x 200 cals) = 1000 cals (~350g Protein)
4 x 4oz = (4 x 100 cals) = 400 cals (~80+ g Protein)
That’s something like 1500-1600 cals +/- for a guy who is I think ‘11 Stone’-- what’s that 150-160lb?
That’s more than the V-Diet (I split the difference and used 155# for V-Diet calcs) would allow him and he’s cutting for competition, and it’s a Hell of a lot of protein, even if you move the proportions around a little (he doesn’t talk proportions)
It’s not a lot of variety, but it doesn’t seem unreasonable for his level of training (ie highly competitive).
so where does he get his fat and cholesterol for T ?

in a precontest diet I’m pretty sure that isn’t a huge concern of his. He probably isn’t eating like that for more than a few weeks.
