Lower Abs and Body Fat

Ok so Im decently happy with my state of leaness right now. But I’m still having trouble getting those lower abs to show and getting that real dry look. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Im assuming that I still need to just lower body fat, but any suggestions as far as certain exercises, supplements or food would be appreciated thanks.

My current diet and day looks like

wake up at 12 and go do morning cardio

get home at 1- eat
-3 eggs, with salsa and cheese
-1/2 cup berries
-green tea

2:45- post workout shake

3:00- gym

4:00-4:30- post workout shake and creatine

5:00 - chicken
-veggies
-green tea

7:00- chicken
-veggies
-green tea

9:00- shake

Also I use fish oil and multi

Do you weight 50lbs?

Lower abs fat usually is the last place to go on males.

Do some high intensity cardio - start at 6 min on the elliptical 1min hard 1min slow. Add 2 minutes every week. with this progression it will give your body time to adapt and minimal muscle canabolism will happen, it will also increase your work capacity.

Dont worry about heart rate just get yourself breathing heard. do this till you get to 20 min, then you can either go up in minutes or add a 3rd day. BTW if you have a pulling sled use it with this progression above.

Also you can do some low intensity if you have the time for it. get your heart rate in the fat burning zone for 30-45 min.

Why are you taking your firts post trainning shake AFTER you breakfeast? that makes no sense to me…

With that kind of diet and trainning, you will loose a lot of muscle IMO.

eat more real food and less shake. Take your breakfeast before dooing your first trainning.

Take 2-3 fish oil pils on every meal

If you train 2 times per day, do a strenght trainning on the morning and a more cario oriented one at least 4 hours after the first trainning.

Yeah, it will helps to have his body composition…

He was cutting but the better question is…how can anyone not go insane knowing that waking up means eating fish, after-training means eating fish and before bed means eating fish but don’t forget the rice cake.

What I’d do is combine my rice cake and fish and just have Sushi instead. I could eat that for a long time before I’d get sick of it. Then again some times I just want some big beef or pork and I don’t care if you think I’m homo.

Seriously, OP, eat some MEAT! I’m cutting too and meat can be so good for satiety and energy levels. Cutting diets can suck, but they need not be boring.
