I’m going to do my first cycle and have a few questions. First I am 24 years old 6’3"220 lbs with 13% bf with four years of training. My cycle I want to do is this 500mg of sustenon 250 a week for four weeks with 50mg of clomid every day. I want to gain around 20 lbs. of muscle. My questions are:
- Is this enough to get the gains I want and how much of this can I keep.
- Can I or should I use clen after my cycle to rid any bodyfat and keep myself in an anabolic condition.
- Would adding 100-200mg of deca a week help or just be a waste of time.
- Is it better to use nolvadex or clomid.
