doing my first cycle im 215lb 30 yrs planning on doing test mast and eq, im not quite sure how much i should be doing, ive seen alot of different cycles but im just not sure which one is better for me or which ones are the correct way.
What’s your weight, training history and diet look like?
First cycle should be test only.
I have proper diet and gym routine written up by my trainer, im 30 215 lbs ive been working out consistently for over a year now
I’d like to more about your strength. Give us some idea what kind of weight you use (1 RMax or 5 rep weight) in:
- Bench press
- Squat (parallel)
- Deadlift
- How many pull-ups can you do?
bench press i can do 5 reps at 150lbs
ive never squatted more than 50 lbs 15 reps x 3, havent tried to max out anything tbh just scared of hurting myself.
deadlifts ive never tried more than 150lbs
and pull ups i never do , but maybe like 10 i mean i can go out and do a bunch of pullups and tell you the actual answer if need be ? lol
Before recommending AAS, I’d like to see you obtain more natural strength (which means muscle).
Only Test mast and eq is sh*t for you. Add 2000 mg tren e/week, at the minimum

Agreed, this post is fucking weird. Wants to jump on 3 compounds for his first cycle and says he hasn’t squatted over 50 lbs, he’s afraid of hurting himself yet wants to get bigger and stronger

I must say that using weights that are multiples of 10lbs, suggests he does not use Olympic weights.
Plus the poundages are ridiculously light for anyone considering AAS.

Myocardial fibrosis is a serious matter.
This may make a good thread. Who is interested in discussing chemically induced fibrosis and the potential interaction with high intensity exercise?
Why such weak compounds? First cycle needs at least 1g Tren Ace EOD, everyone knows this.
Sounds weak, 1g EOD, that sounds half assed. Needs to be 1g ED

what if i was to do only test ? or possibly dbol? to help build that and help me prepare for something more intense in the future.
Honestly, I don’t believe you are ready to add AAS. The more you can get naturally, the more benefit you will get when you add AAS. I have a pretty high strength standard, based on your bodyweight. You are not remotely close at this time.
Also, if you are worried about getting hurt, I don’t see how you can challenge yourself to increase strength. Do allow me to qualify: I do not believe doing 1 rep max’s is a benefit physically to add strength and definitely not muscle. It might boost your ego, but it might also teach you how to miss.
