Well thats the thing right doing 1 rep at max as you said wont benefit but i could definitely hurt myself so why do it? Im not scared to challenge myself i just dont want to tear a muscle or hurt my tendons, when i first started working out last year i did heavy weights and hurt a tendon or whatever and even doing light curls hurt so i had to go low and build up, im really ignorant to this stuff as i really dont have anyone around that can give me good advice. So much appreciated, if not aas then what? my test is low naturally and i dont feel like im as energetic as i could be so this is why i wanted to hop on a cycle, the person i know who recommended this to me seemed like he really had no idea what he was talking about which is why i came on here to ask the professionals.
what leads you to believe this?
why havenāt you posted a pic yet?
Please drop the idea of using AAS for at least the next 5 years. You need time and effort to understand what your body needs to recover, how to train effectively, and what to feed it. Until you know (and practice) all these things, there is no justifiable reason to hop on steroids.
Note: i am not saying to never start cycling, just that you really ought to know how to drive before you buy a Ferrari.
To help you understand what you should be doing, i would strongly recommend starting a Training Logs thread and documenting your training. You can ask for advice, and some unprovoked advice will be given⦠let us help you.
This is very accurate. Thank you for coming here.
Afraid to lift anything but pink dumbbells because might get hurt. Not afraid to blast 3 compounds without any understanding which can lead to nerve damage, infection and maybe even death. TROLL!!!
In the event you arenāt a troll, Iām going to give you real advice.
Do not use AAS for at least a year. You need to work on getting stronger and how to diet better while being natural.
Some people seem to think you need to earn the right to cycle, which I donāt necessarily agree with. What I DO believe is that you need to learn how to diet, exercise, and recover without the aid of AAS, because this will create better discipline and habits rather than just relying on the gear, which too many people do
Just stop it there and youāre good
