Hey everyone, i’m new here and hoping to grab some industry knowledge. I’m 22 years old currently on my first cycle. I’m 6’ tall and have always been around 12-15% body fat. I started taking lifting seriously in highschool freshman year but have always loved it since I grew up watching my dad workout every day.
Currently I am 2.5 years consistent in the gym. Typically i’ll do a PPL split with a rest day every 3 or 6 days. For the last 2.5 years I have been clean bulking. I started at 165lb 2.5 years ago and the heaviest I got with consistent eating was 215lb. Without consistent eating/diet I maintain 200lb. This is all natural btw.
When I started my cycle I pinned 300MG of test C for the first 3 weeks and then began doing 150MG twice a week. Around week 6 I began doing 180MG twice a week. I’m currently at week 17 sitting at 240LB 15% body fat. I have had no side effects either.
I’m wondering if I can continue this and continue using 300MG a week forever. I feel and look great. I don’t need more size, i’m already big enough with 18.5” arms. My bench is 455 and squat at 560. I’m not looking for bigger numbers either. I just love the way I feel and overall life “improvements” from using this. Is it really necessary for me to cycle on and off if i plan on using 300MG forever?

you may be growing your prostate (aside from other bad health outcomes) by taking more than you may need to maintain the muscle you have for an extended period of time.
As opposed to what others say, id say you can do 300 almost forever or until you run into trouble. Get bloodwork done, fix it all. Use ARBs and do organ USGs every year. Unless you are prone to some problems, i really believe you can take 300mgs till you are around 50 for sure, but you have to check everything all the time. Literally EVERYTHING.
I would not stay on 300mg forever ( I´m pussy also ). When i was on 300mg/wk I felt great, everything was good, but i did bloodwork every 2-4 weeks. I think I did not have real side effects, maybe some small due to high / low estrogen . For me staying on 300mg/wk 16-18 weeks raised hemocrit and hemoglobin, if staying longer on that dose, I can bet some other indicator would also go to the bad side.
I personally know people who run 500mg test /wk all year long and they dont do any bloods.
From outside, it seems they are OK, so cant tell what their bloods are doing, deff something is off.
I have only 1 experience with 300mg/wk ( and lower to 100mg/wk ) . So my opinion on things might not be best.
I recovered to the same spot, where from i started. My PCT lasted ~14 weeks . Did not feel anything negative on transition. Kept weight but lost the hulkish hard look.
Increase in hemoglobin and hematocrit is a part of how and why steroids even work. Those should be increased a bit. Just like your liver values increase if you work out intense. If they raise up a bit and stay there, those are indicators, not side effects as such. The problem is if they continue to increase.
Ofcourse I do not argue. Problem was, i would have stayed probably on some kind of lower dosage, but those 54% hemocrit and 180 hemoglobin were scary as I did recently tattoo and they would not take my blood for 4 months. And lowering dosage to 100-150mg week for me felt alot shittier then my natural test. So I decided to come off until I sort everything out as I had never PCT-d. But now I kinda see what you are about, I mean you can hold the gained weight, but apperance changed to softer side.
