First Cycle 28Y/O

Hello I m 28 years old and I want to start my first cycle:

30 mg anavar daily
250 test enath weekly
50 mg proveron daily
For 10 weeks
Pct : HCG +clomid

Any thoughts please :pleading_face:

Scroll through the Pharma section for similar posts. If you want decent feedback, post height, weight, BF%, pics, training history, current program, current lifts.

You will find most of your questions have already been answered, but I’ll net it out for you. Test 300-500 per week is the best first cycle.

Some will disagree on PCT, but generally Nolva 40/40/20/20 two weeks after your last injection, depending on the testosterone ester you use. HCG is a personal choice.

Also, blood test before, during, and after.

Thank you bro for your time ,I’m actually 177 ,92 kg maybe 15% fat ,not looking to get bigger because I just lost 25 kg fat in 5 months just with diet and training,and I m actually excited for that cycle I made it myself through research :sweat_smile: I did some blood work ,my estradiol is 24,6 pg/ml and testosterone 600ng/dl
Should I actually start it or just stick with what you said??

Here’s what will happen from my past experience. You’ll run it, feel great for a couple months, and gain 15+ lbs. Then you’ll PCT and feel horrible for about 4-8 weeks. At which time you will lose the majority of what you saw in the mirror (half the gains aren’t real muscle tissue). So you may net a few pounds. This is where it gets addictive. You will want to do it again… and again… etc. I advise NOT cycling for that reason.

Hey, thanks for sharing.

I’m converting for the Murricans (we’re slow with maths).

You’re 5’8", and 202.4 pounds after losing 55 pounds - so you were 257, or 117kg - roughly.

At 15% bodyfat.

That puts you at a 27FFMI which is considered suspicious for PED’s, but you’re asking about a “first” cycle.

One of these things doesn’t belong. I suspect it is your bodyfat percentage - you are likely far higher than 15%.

Which brings me to my next point - let’s assume I am correct (but I may be wrong) and that your bodyfat is closer to 20% (and I woefully underestimate my own body fat, so no shame here).

In that case, with natty test levels of 600 (which are great, especially if taken in the afternoon), doing a cycle now would be a crime.

To be clear, I am not calling bullshit on anything you posted. I just think your estimation of BF% is likely mistaken - I have seen it before. Again, I get misled by my own BF% - I’m lean and have outline of abs and my handheld device has me at 17%. I should not see abs at 17% - so they tell me.

Have you gotten a Dexa, or used a BIA device (notoriously inaccurate)?

I’m not saying don’t do this (explicitly, but, don’t do this) but encouraging you to take a closer look at your progress and body composition before fucking up your HPTA, possibly for life.

Post pics in good lighting (bright), hold a shoe if possible (old T-Nation joke), show your legs, don’t be defensive. You’ll get good advice.

Like what @blshaw said above - good advice.

Finally, you should be very proud of your accomplishments so far. You’re much better off in the long run if you continue what you have been doing (especially with good T levels) than cycling now.

Lots of good advice for the poster. As someone who is young and enhanced I’ll give you my $0.02.

First before you take anything you better ask yourself if your cool putting a needle in your ass for the rest of your life? Are you ok losing hair, health complications, legality etc? I was cool with it as I am using them to enhance my life and reach my goals. Think for 6 months before you do. Read everything you can on the topic

Second, judging by your post you don’t have your diet in order or training and sleep dialed. Steroids will be a waste of money if you don’t get those right.

Third, that cycle is more than what you should be doing. Something to try down the road. Try 200mg of test E and watch results. Split shot into 2 doses twice per week with an insulin needle. You don’t want to have to take anti estrogens. If you notice nothing from that refer to my second point. Yes that’s a TRT dose. You want to be getting the most out of the least otherwise the side effects will mount. It’s called blast and cruise. Coming all the way off the drugs will more negatively effect your life. Why look jacked for 8 weeks and look like shit after?

Last but not least, get some damn bloodwork before, during and if you get off, after…

Why not blast and cruise for the next few years if youre gonna even begin a blast to begin with?

My personal opinion feels its a waste to blast and pct if you will gain muscle and lose a majority of it coming off. If you start always keep in mind this could be a lifetime thing you do.

Either way you can always TRT at a relatively high normal dose for years as long as you monitor your health.
