Here are my bench/press/dead 1rms.

There was quite a lot of technique breakdown on that deadlift.

How tall are you Furo? Your legs look crazy long before your pull

Bench: 265
Deadlift: 340x7
Squat: 295x6
OHP: 150x7

I don’t ever max anymore due to risk of injury.
Bench - 465 x 7 Goal - 495 x 10
Squat - 495 x 10 Goal - 585 x 10 (Moved away from heavy squatting due to my knees feeling like an old ass man)
Dead - 655 x 10 Goal - 700 x 10 (deadlift has always been my easiest lift I fucking love doing them. I think the longer arm combination plus my relatively short height gives me about the perfect build for them)
OHP 315 x 10 Goal - 405 x 10 (this may never happen due to them giving my shoulders hell)

I can arrange that. I always thought my OHP was pretty pathetic for my weight.

I have a long ways to go. I’m going to target 90% of the original goals.

I don’t do any of these lifts regularly, yet.

BW x 10 seems pretty legit to me, so anything above that would be sick. 405 x 10 would be insane. Think you can pull that off in a year?

Honestly probably not haha. I might not even get over 315. They seem to aggravate my bicep tendon that goes into the shoulder for whatever reason.

Count me in. I don’t do much strict pressing so if a push press counts that’s great, otherwise I guess I’ll have to strict press the damn weight. No wraps/straps/sleeves for this guy, I squat + deadlift barefoot or with socks and I will grow an epic beard.

I’m in. PRs to date (some pretty old):

300 / 250 / 435 / 145 (lbs)

I’ll give this a go as well. Not sure where my lifts are as of now. Squat is around 315. Bench is in the mid 200’s. I just did deadlift yesterday and hit 365x3. Military is around 150 or so.

I’m just under 6’3" but I have proportionately long limbs and a shorter torso.

DL: 190kg
BP: 100kg 7RM
Press: 60kg 5RM

I’ll test them all again at the end of February.

Short term goals are FS 10x100kg, BP 10x100kg, DL 3x200, and Press 60kg 10RM.

Count me in. Great idea for a thread by the way. 2013 was essentially one giant plateau for me so im hoping for double-mega progress in 2014!

Current Stats:
BW - 85kg @ 5’10"

MP - not done strict press in ages but push pressed 72.5kg for an easy 5x5 after a benching session the other day
BP - 125kg
Squat - 165kg
DL - 205kg

I havnt properly testing maxes in ages. Im running a powerlifting programme run by CT at the moment and these are the top weights ive worked up to during the ramps in my training sessions.

Also targetting a 1.5xBW front squat (at least) and getting decent at full cleans and snatches at some point
