Listen you also need to take into consideration that I am 6’4, so my arm may not appear to be as big as someone 5’8, I have no idea what it is in CM, i only measured inches once and it was 4 months ago, and it was right after I lifted so i am sure that helped, but trust me, they are not 17, and i have no clue what the op looks like cause he hasn’t posted a pic

I don’t know why this became a competition where everyone is talking shit but I’m the only one posting photos? But regardless, like I said before, I was only stating that without seeing the op I can’t tell how his weight looks on him. Personally, most people think I weigh more than 208-212 (at height 6’4) which is where I am generally at.[/quote]
My pic in my avatar was taken this morning. You are not the only one who has been questioned to post pics or has them on site.
how the fuck did you come up with 22"? seriously, did you just pull it out of your ass?
I will say, for your height and weight, decent build, and not skinny.
But, come on, you can’t just spout off at the mouth like that

listen no offense but you aren’t overly impressive, so you can keep your opinion to yourself

By no means do I feel that I’m well developed, but I’m not the one claiming off the wall measurements that I decided to pull out of my ass. Maybe you’re not getting the point.
Seriously, I am curious how you decided to claim 22" arms.

17.5 inches @ 6 foot 210lbs. You’re telling me your arms is 4.5 inches bigger than mine? Suck it.
Who knows exactly how much bigger my arms are than yours but they are definitely bigger and i’ve got 4 inches on you
Wow, everyone is squabbling!
I too am about to start building up some mass again after I made the mistake of trying to eat at maintenance and lift my ass off. Granted I also leaned out a little bit, and some lifts increased, but I attribute that to having not trained seriously after self-destructing after athletics were over.
Since picking up again, I finally realized that to be the same weight, but much stronger and ripped in the end, I need to put on about 10-15 lbs. of muscle, which equates to probably about 30 lbs. total before I lean out again. Fortunately, I’ll be starting at the leanest point for a muscle building phase than ever.
And yes, everyone has different goals. For example, as a grappler I need to stay around 170-175 (which to most is anorexic at 6’) but my goal is to be as strong as possible at that weight, so I can have an edge on the competition. I noticed most users are willing to help out on here, even if you want to look like Brad Pitt in FC, provided you give them a plan of attack, do your research (which might actually end up changing that goal), converse intelligently, etc.

…and you are also ONLY 215lbs.

That’s okay, my quads probably have 13 inches on yours.

And what exactly is your point? I love the weight I am at, I could be heavier or lighter if I want, but I like to be athletic, that means i enjoy playing sports, something you probably haven’t been able to do in a while. For example, I play 3 hours of basketball a night, i’d love to watch u get up and down the court for 3 hours

No you def don’t, but your legs don’t look bad so I’m not taking anything away from you, surprisingly I have good sized legs, no idea what they measure at though

I doubt anyone cares what weight you feel great at. I feel great at my weight also. That isn’t the point. You are claiming TWENTY TWO inch arms at ONLY 215lbs. That’s a stretch.
Your arms are not small and may even be bigger than many on this site since most here seem to have arms under 15"…but 22" is pushing it…and that’s coming from someone who isn’t that far away from that number.
Guys my arms are like 26’’ cold @ 160 lbs, which is only half the girth of my dick so I feel bad for all of you.
EDIT: But seriously, wouldn’t it just be a lot easier (and for the sake of severely losing track of the topic) if Mr. Murray just posted a pic with tape on his arm so we can stop beating this dead horse?

Holy magical measurements, Batman!
Whatever magic tape you’re using to measure with, I want it to measure my penis…
I’ll PM where to send it.

The best threads on this site are made by beating dead horses.
I thought you would know this by now.

Well if it helps: There’s another dead horse being resurrected in the “Do pro’s always train with 8-12 reps?” thread.
You know, how pro-bodybuilders always use ULTRA-HIGH volume which no one else could do?
Yeah, that dead horse.
I still want to know where that bs came from. Everyone must misread 4*8 as straight sets or something.

Yes X, I do know the Internet is the cesspool of stale conversation and limitless banter, but to show the difference, let’s take a look at the dead horse here v. dead horse that CC is talking about.
This dead horse is just someone making crazy claims, and sparks no debate other than “you’re full of shit” “no I’m not bro.”
At least w/ the bodybuilding horse, there can be discussion. Some people swear by high volume (Bauer) while others made their bodies the exact opposite way (Mentzer), and its just a matter of informing OP that everything works, but maybe not for you. That debate is interesting, this…let him believe he has 22’’ arms until he posts tape on his arms…I feel like the phrase “put up or shut up” applies to both ends of this one.
Anyway, here’s a preview for Midgets v Mascots:
Ok big guy let’s see your pics now huh? Im making some crazy claims supposedly so let’s see your incredible physique
