Holy magical measurements, Batman!

Whatever magic tape you’re using to measure with, I want it to measure my penis…

I’ll PM where to send it.

Hey guess what steelyd?

you
are
fat

so keep measuring your fat arms and look forward to cutting down to some nice 14 inch pipes u moron

Can’t wait to hear “dude i’m bulking man, i gotta sacrifice some fat to add some size” bullshit[/quote]

LM(fat)AO!! And you’re a douchebag who has to make up arm measurements on teh Interwebz…

Better fat and honest than a sack-of-shit lying pantywaist.

Here is an idea, instead of posting 2,573 times maybe you should add a couple cardio sessions to your week, I’m so sorry that I don’t have 18% bf and a fat gut like you

What, no love for 18% bf? Jeez, even at my obese 18% bf I still don’t have to make up imaginary arm measurements. My pics are up for everyone to see-- I’m doing just fine, but thanks anyway.

For a ‘big guy’, you seem to have the low self-esteem of a lil’ short guy. Too bad.

Here’s an idea, instead of making up arm measurements and generally being a douchebag, why don’t you go crawl back into your hole?

I seem to have found your measuring tape. Still waiting for those pics, big guy.

which makes it even more amazing that this guy totally made up a ridiculous number.

LMAO-- a year+ old pic! I’m not the one claiming to be what I’m not.

Where’s the tape pic?

Ok maybe beating a dead horse is kinda fun

Hahaha I never said I was a monster Mr. My New Haircut, but at least I have no problem admitting the truth right? Why keep getting all defensive? Is this how you make friends by boosting your ego, because your phone book must be quite empty criticizing everyone who challenges you.

OR you could seriously just end this now and post up a picture of your arm with 22’’ of tape around, which will speak for itself, unlike the rest of your incredibly vague pictures…THEN we’ll all bow down and give you the credit you allegedly deserve. You’re making this more difficult for everyone because you’re being a child and won’t backup your claims…

BUT you don’t, and it doesn’t take a psychologist to analyze that you’re hiding something or you have reservations that you’d come up short. Shit, even if you had 19 or 20’’ arms I’d still give you a ton of credit, no one is saying your physique isn’t impressive, but you’re throwing around a number that is owned by basically Ronnie Coleman, he has 22’’ biceps (cold) and he’s got like, what, 60-70 LBS on you?! A man with 22’’ biceps has a reputation, you can Google him. No one is going to give you credit for something you don’t deserve.

So just show us up, I have no problem if you got it, but if it took Coleman 60+ lbs to get your arms, and he wins world-class championships, I do stand by my belief that you are full of shit, or else I would have heard of you and your 22’’ “arms”.

Ronnie’s competed at 296 (!) at his largest and that means around 340+ lbs of off-season weight.

He took it down a notch afterwards, but that still means competing at 280+ while weighing 330 or so in the off-season.

Oh wow I thought he competed at like 270…to me that level of mass is just incomprehensible. Amazing!

He competed at 210 as a natty as well if I’m not mistaken (won his pro-card then in a tested show or so?). Since then, a few things have obviously changed

It’s unreal. I assume most people haven’t actually seen someone that size or pros would get more respect on this board. I’ve seen a few up close and there is nothing like the feeling of going from the biggest guy in the gym to feeling like a newbie standing next to these guys.

thanks guys enjoying my streak and veggies while reading.

Ronnie was a monster at that size, when he turned and hit his back, lights out, game over. However, is best look, in my opinion was when he was considerably lighter, night of champions 2001 maybe?

OP your arms are likely 17-19in, forget it.

hey guys i’m at 210lbs in the evening now, somebody give me a cookie. 220-225 by the end of the year is the goal. 60 up 20-50lbs more to gain. bicep curls and cross overs will get me to the top.

x2, it impacts anyone. I’m sure most people don’t have any idea what is to be standing next to someone at that level of muscular development, you feel like a child.

The thing that worries me is that pros have been insulted several times on the bodybuilding forum.

Yep that was Mr. O 2004. But my favorite Ronnie has to be 2005, he came with a better condition and overall package than 2004.

for the 2006 olympia im pretty sure he weighed in at 300lbs, but i think his best size condtion combo was either the 2005 O or the 2001 arnold

Yes it was 300lbs but his symmetry and his waist were way off.

What’s going on fellas…remember this thread?

I started it back in March. At the time I was 208lbs at 6’1 and asking if I should cut because I was gaining a hell of a lot of fat in the abdomen area. That was pretty much the only area except my face/chin area. Everyone told me to continue my bulk to at least 220lbs.

Well the time has come. These pics posted are me 3 weeks ago at 220 lbs and I’m not sitting at about 224 lbs with an even bigger bulk belly. I’m not trying to get hyuuuuge, just more of an aesthetic/athlete look. I began at 185 lbs last summer. So here are some pics. Continue? Can I start to cut? I don’t care about hawt abz but after reading the “18 inch arms” thread and people talking about gaining fat that they’ll never be able to lose (adispose??), I just don’t want to reach that level.

What do you guys recommend for dieting strategies? Carb cycling? Low intensity cardio? I don’t want to lose any muscle mass I gained, just the fat in my belly…even if it’s not an all out cut, I just want to lose my belly fat because I feel it’s getting out of control. Thanks guys, there’s more pics in my profile too, but here are a few.
