When you’re at the bottem theres nowhere to go but up!!
If you think you still have gains on 5x5, do that. If not, reassess your goals and choose another program (from this site, until you learn how to program yourself).
How come your deadlift is Soooo low though? What happened ?[/quote]
I decided I would be REALLY smart and wait until after high school and sports before I started hitting legs somewhat hard

that seems really backwards in what would be helpful. i hope you are just playing with us as deads and squats will do more for you athleticism then pressing.
like Dan John says, there are 5 major movements to train:
1)pressing
2)pulling
3)hip hinge
4)squats
5)loaded carries
that is the order most people put them in volume. in order of importance and how great of an effect it will have on being more awesome:
1)loaded carries
2)squats
3)hip hinge
4)pulling
5)pressing
No, you see… the thing is you have a 330 pound squat, but your deadlift is 365. That says to me you actually are training your legs, but your deadlift is very poor in comparison(?)
I was able to deadlift 405+ pounds, and it’s still going up and I was nowhere near that squat number yet.
I’m not a special scenario either; many people have a ~100 pound difference between squat/deadlift, at these numbers at least. That’s why I was confused :o

I was trying to be sarcastic…but for loaded carries, just like farmers walk? I need some variety

My dead numbers are pretty weak, I think the thing thats holding me back is my forearms by far…looks like more loaded carries as mentioned^^^^^^
