I’m not sure if this it the right forum for this or not, but I’ll give it a shot. Does anyone know of a resource, or any way, of finding a general practice doc who somewhat specializes or at least is knowledgeable about lifting/supplements and in the future possibly hormone supplementation? Not one who would prescribe T necessarily, but one who would at least discuss it with you?
I’m getting tired of going into doc’s offices and seeing the pamphlets for fighting yeast infections and osteoperosis(sp). Trial and error tends to take a lot of time, and a majority of my injuries/issues come from lifting and sports of some kind.

Thanks for any help.[/quote]
After your last workout you may need that bit on fighting yeast infections.
I’m not sure which of your posts I find to be the most helpful…the sad thing, Airtruth, is I actually looked to see where you’re from because I was afraid you actually saw my piss-poor workout this morning.
Perhaps try asking some of the people in your gym if they’ve got any recommendations.
My PCPs office actually sells some supps themselves. When I went in for my most recent checkup, the doc even recommended some supplements that I should take.
It may just take some looking around but ideally you’ll find a doctor/practice with whom
you’re comfortable.
