Bodybuilding Doctors?

Anyone ever come across any type of website or database where you can find MDs that also are well schooled in bodybuilding, nutrition and supplementation? My safe bet is no, but that would be nice if so. I have problems with high blood pressure developing and it would be nice to work with someone that understands my lifestyle.

Your insurance web site might allow you to sift through participating doctors by specialty. Just look for sports doctors.

I’m not trying to be a dick, but… do you keep up on the forums much?

There’s definitely some people who know what the hell they’re talking about, and a few doctors here and there.

That, and you’d probably generally get the recommendation to “Go talk to your actual doctor” anyway.

I am a sports physician.

Yeah ok in 7/8 years time I am

All I know is that they are few and far between.

It’s a pity, really. Every other field advances. Medicine remains in the stone age.

Yep. Don’t go to your doctor unless you expect bloodletting, an enema, or an exorcism.
