Its getting to be that time of year when I make my final push toward being lean for the summer. I’m wondering what you think of my plan. First the background… I’m 6’4 206 about 8.5-9% bf. Pretty much all of that is concentrated in my abs, unfortunately. Right now, I’m going pretty heavy and gaining some LBM. My goal is to get to around 7% in the next 6 weeks (by July 4th). Before going heavy a month ago, I was down to 7.5-8% bf after 4 weeks. of Meltdown. So, finally, here’s the plan:
Continue going heavy through the end of May without supplements (well, except LC Grow, but thats a given). Then Meltdown for 3 weeks while on MD6 and T2 for all 3, and on Mag10 for weeks 2 and 3. For the last week and a half, I’ll do a 10-8-6 program with drop set to get a little size back. I’ll be doing Tribex and M after the Mag 10, and MD6 the whole time.
Now for the question… what do you recommend, in terms of diet, during the Mag 10 cycle? I was planning on something like T-Dawg, but I’ve read in a few posts/articles that Mag10 should be used on a lower fat, higher carb diet. Is this true, even when using it to maintain size while cutting down? What about combining T2/MD6 with Mag10? Any problem there?
BTW - this is my first topic post here, so pardon the long-windedness and potentially stupid questions…
