Obviously the guy knew the camera was on, hes the one the went over to shut it off. This is a total sham. Acting at its worst. If this was real, why not take the tape out, so it can’t be used to be put on youtube?

I’m on the fence over the authenticy of the vid. I’m cynical to the core, but I can’t decide if this is a real couple on the verge of a divorce commentating on their actions knowing that it’s going to be played in front of a judge, or if they are actors doing a skit on domestic violence with a bad script (“you punched me”…“No! YOU punched ME”).
If it’s real, the husband is toast (cornering the wife then dragging her off to the camera to switch it off).
I’m calling fake. He knew the camera was there, he wouldn’t have hit her at all.
Maybe I’m giving too much credit though. Kids shouldn’t get married.
Oh, and they have ‘his and her’ Playstations: “This is mine!”…“Where’s MY fucking Playstation then?” (hubby makes a beeline for TV).

Assuming that they really are married, and that he lives there, it seems to me that the woman is in the process of chasing him from his home, in front of his children - note she says that “YOU need to leave”. Not that “I need to leave”, or that “We need to leave”, as would would be the case if he were the agressor. Than she hit him. Than he hit her back. Big mistake. She seems to have come from behind the camera to start the video, so you might be onto something wiht the setup. Clearly she didn’t turn it on for her protection - had she been worried about her safety she would have taken the kids and left. Not engaged in some herp / derp argument over a god dambed playstation.
Regardless he’s fucked, and her victim card just gained another magnitude of power.
If it were fake, the kids don’t seem to be in on it.

You do know that there are cameras and phone apps that allow you to automatically backup what you’re filming, or stream it directly to the web, right?
