Location is everything, but what are fellow maggers stats?
I am 22 5’9" 185lbs and bf% is 12 and trained for 2 years.
I’m 22, 205, about 9.5% bodyfat. Pretty out of shape for myself…ha ha. In June I dieted down to about 188, 182 dehydrated for some modeling pics. It was sick! I had so many veins in my thighs that my girlfriend wouldn’t touch them! Veins in my stomach. I’m trying to diet down to about 190 before I start putting on some mass. If I could leave the damn ho-ho’s and sugar alone I would be okay! Long live the t-dawg diet, king of fat-loss!

Have trained consistently for 20 years but the last 4 are the only years I had a plan (and subsequently made my best gains).

22 years,5’7,179lbs,10%(approx.).As the winter approaches both the poundage and the fat percentage will go up, but only a bit.I’m partially involved in kyokushin karate(I say partially because weight training is still number one).
Yo, I’m 22, 240lbs right now at about 15% body fat, almost done with a mass cycle. typically I’m at about 220, I’ve been lifting for years but just started body building about 2 years ago.

I’m 22, been lifting for 8 years. 220lbs at approx. 9-12% bodyfat. I’m more concerned with poundage on lifts however. I’d call myself a powerlifter/bodybuilder hybrid.
Since we’re on the internet and will never meet: I’m 6’8" 380 lbs. 2% bodyfat…Nah, 22, 6’5", 215, I keep about 4%-8% all the time. Have trained (in some form or fashion) forever; use to play basketball.

I’m 29, 6’5", 230, and I’ve dropped from a whopping 36% body fat to 14% using MD6, diet, and weights since March 20. I used an Androsol/Tribex cycle last month and gained four net pounds while my body fat dropped from 16% to 14%. I’m working closer to my goal of 8-10%.
17 years old, been lifting for 5 years (2.5 serious), 5"10, 165 lbs, 8% bf, more of powerlifter than bodybuilder, but after this year i will start working strictly on bodybuilding because i am sick of powerlifting.
25 years old, 5 foot 8, 169 pounds this morning, at a measured 9.5 percent bodyfat (once a month measurement). Need lean mass badly!!
19 years old. 6’1" 178 pounds, 9% bodyfat.
22, 5’5", 190 @ 11%. I formerly trained for relative strength and minimal mass gain (was a 170lb track athlete and was starting to get into PL). Past couple months I’ve just decided to get big. Androsol has helped alot.
