Fellow T-men Stats

20 yrs old (just had the worst birthday ever-I’m halfway to 40) 6’0" 96kg(210lbs?) used to be able to bench 3x bwt but not since i put on 20 lbs dammit

I am 28, 6’0" and a lifetime drugfree lifter. First time I ever touched a weight I weighed about 160 lbs, I have been up to 270 lbs, currently I reside at a comfortable weight of about 245 lbs 12% bf. I have trained for about 15 years most of those in bodybuilding, as of june this year I converted completily to powerlifting. As far as the basic lifts go currently I bench 460, squat 600, deadlift 600+, military press 300 seated, row 400+.

Im 18 years old, trained for 2 years. 6’1 at 190lbs. 30" waist with about 6-8% bodyfat!

I am currently 6’4" 280,6%bf. I have used ALOT of steroids! You name it, I’ve tried it.

Well, even though I rarely trust the honesty of stats when seen on a computer, I’ll throw mine out anyhow.
6’ tall, 218 lbs., 11-12% bodyfat, been training for about 5 years, only 3 of them with any intelligence. Fell into the hype too early on, wasted a few years and a few grand, now I’m broke, but much wiser. Much better than being the fat boy I was only about 6-7 years ago where I was 275 lbs. at what must have been about 40% bodyfat or more! Quite a difference.

6-5, 260, 10-12% bodyfat. I weighed 150 when I graduated high school ten years ago. My waist size went from 31 inches when I was 150 to 34 inches now at 260. Most of my gains came 3 years ago when I discovered creatine. I gained about 30 pounds in 3 months. I am trying to slowly reduce bodyfat now without losing muscle it is a slow process because I am a junkfood lover. I have terrible eating habits, but have luckily been blessed with good enough genetics to not notice a great impact.

I am 29, 175, 5’9" about 10-11 % b.f. Been working out for about 2 years. Weighed 255 10 years ago.

24 years old, 5’9" 310 at 24% fat. Been lifting since I was 12 and a lard ass allm y life (a very strong one) need to make a change

I’m 25, 5’4", and currently 142lbs at about 11% bodyfat and dropping! I’ve been training since I graduated high school, so it’s been about 7 years.

Of course, much of my training was wrong until recently (thanks T-mag, Poliquin, King, Staley and most recently Charlie Francis).

I’ve been 133lbs at 7% bodyfat, and I’ve also been 160lb at about 18% bodyfat. My gains are always up and down depending on how I’m training. I’m now interested in maximum strength and speed. And hopefully I’ll put on some muscle at the same time. But I’ve realized that my small frame doesn’t like too much mass. I end up looking “puffy.” Lean and mean is where I’m headed!

36 years old., 6-2, 218, 12% B.F. Weighed 180 at 6% when I started. (Was a 10-K. runner). Been bodybuilding for four years. Started after suffering two ruptured discs in my lower back while on-duty as city cop. Training with a plan and determination for two years now.

Started training 3 years ago at 170lbs. I’m now 35 years old,215lbs.,6’0", 9%BF. YEAH- like flaxoil said, computer stats — well look at James Mooney-2%BF & HMB??? YEAHHHHHH

I am 22 5’9 195 pounds with 9% BF

When I started bodybuilding 2 years ago I weighed 220 at 35% bodyfat (ya, I know, I was a BIG fatty). Right know I weigh in at about 300, but about 22% bodyfat (ya, I know, I’m STILL fat).

um…I meant bwt. 10x not 3x bwt didn’t mean fool anybody into thinking I was from westside or anything
