What is everyones weight and bodyfat percentage? I am weighing in at 206 at 9%.

Height would also be appropriate. I’m 5’11, 190 lbs, about 9% last I checked.

Add height too, to put it in perspective. 6’1", 202lbs, nearly 13% (yikes, but not ready to cut yet)

6’2", 275lbs, 4 percent bodyfat.

5’11.75", 225lbs, 7% bodyfat by calipers, 10.5% by electrical impedance.

6’6" 350lb 3%bf

6’, 233lbs, 892,327,328%

5’10", 422 lbs and 2% bf. hehehe

5’7’', 220, 6% by calipers.

5’8" 183, 9%

Me: 6’3", 267, 15%-working on it. And Yao is listed at 236, at 21yr old. Give him a couple of years with some american beef and NBA level training and play, and he will be 336+. Then all you would have to do is give him the ball!

Sorry, but I don’t see Ming putting on that kind of weight. Without some “help”, of course. I’ve seen some supposed diets for several NBA centers (hard to determine the veracity of them, but maybe it’s close to the truth) and they eat to gain weight. They eat more than most of us here eat, and most of them still look like sticks. At that height, it’s too hard to put on weight. If it were simple, there’d be more guys built like Shaq. Either he has an extreme genetic advantage, or an extreme “nutritional” advantage, or both. Or these other guys are just idiots.
