Hey guys, new here… excellent site!
Quick question, when I stand normally, squat and even lying on a bed my feet/legs are pointed out in either direction at about 30 degrees!
Don’t think this seems normal, anyone any idea what muscle causing this??
Thanks

Been like that my whole life, never had an issue.
It has reduced shince I put ore effort into strengthening my hammies.
New here as well. I’ve been running my whole life until recently I’ve slowed down on it. My feet naturally are pointed outwards also, so i’ve kinda been wondering this as well. Thanks guys.
as they say 10-30 degrees.
If you have a problem with it and you don’t want to do it like that just work on ankle mob and internal rotation stretches
