As to your split. . .heh. At first I thought it was a classic bodybuilder split. . .but not really. This split might be good for an intermediate-advanced lifter whose entire upper body is severely lagging lower body, who has an impeccable diet for gaining, AND great recovery.
Most people can’t train 5 days in a row every week and continue to make gains.
You don’t need an arm day unless you are an advanced bodybuilder looking for a much bigger peak on you biceps.
