Feedback on T-Nation Programs

Currently ABBH1 (performed 12 workouts). Good results, remarkable for upper body. Short and intense workouts. With ABBH1, I’m “obliged” to train calves and abs. I’m planning to go on with ABBH2, Singles and Quattro Dynamo.

what a great thread… On OVT now… I have to say that i love this site…

This is an old thread I came across while researching OVT results.

My best strength results have occurred while doing Pavel’s same-lift 5X week program. PTP in particular. Looking at doing his 5X5X5 (1 set of 5 for 5 exercises 5X week for 3 weeks–ease up in week 4–then go for PRs in week 5 then switch to new program) Will move on to OVT after that.

Best hypertrophy gains–though I have limited experience in this type of lifting–has been through TBT.

OVT all the way guys. The workouts never last over 90 minuts, and they ALWAYS leave me hurting. It’s a great program for size, strength, and if you follow the prescribed rest periods, it may do some damage on bodyfat aswell.

When i was fat(250lbs) I used Fat to Fire a few times and 5x5 to keep my strength along w/ T-dawg 2.0 and it got me around where im at right now 190lb.

I used OVT before, it kicked my ass…its a tought workout but it works

Mutation Series - right now im on week 2 and following the diet/lifting just as outlined…but am not using all the supps just creatine, whey, casein, multi, fish/flax…but so far im extremely pleased

Westside for Skinny Bastards by DeFranco has been the best I’ve found. Unparalleled gains in strength for me, which is what I was aiming for.

There is nothing like busting a PR out that you’ve been trying to hit for years.

If I decide to get away from the Westside Template eventually, I’ve heard great things about ABBH, and would likely try that.
