I have those same boxer shorts! I’m wearing them right now!
Not a good thing. Why are you two sharing shorts?
LOL!

economic downturn has hit Scotland hard! Diddy and I are trying to make do as best we can.
Just remember to turn them inside out before you send them back.

I do powerlifting, but I don’t have any training vids. I am always trying to gain weight however, here are my progress pics showing before training and now. Gained about 65lb in just over 2 years.

You should make a more detailed thread about your progress and training that got you here. What are your current stats compared to before? Pretty inspiring, good work dude.

Not sure. Don’t speak French.

And a relaxed pic. bigger softer stronger.

Looking huge DD! But if I may ask, what is laid out on the top of the little chest-of-drawers in front of you?

The chest is my wife’s jewelry case. The thing on top is a jewelry travel bag. It’s made to hold necklaces and crap and it folds up to fit in luggage.

Okay I’ll play. Here’s me, bodyweight 166 this morning, I’m back to about the leanest I’ve ever been but about 5 pounds heavier than last time and significantly stronger. Recent PR’s include 350 pound bench, 425 squat and 555 deadlift. Going to compete in my first PL meet in July.

Good luck and don’t wear a shirt under your singlet/suit when you deadlift.

Thanks! And thanks for the advice as well… is there a reason people do this as far as performance or does it just look cooler?

No performance benefit. Just good for the male ego and good for the female spectators.

I love that song thanks!

As the idea of this thread was originally mine, I thought I might as well put up a pic.

This is a pic of me today. Sorry, its a little blurry. At the moment I am doing 531 3 times a week, and playing football about 3-4 times a week. The season is about to kick off, so I am just going to do my best to preserve muscle and strength over the next 6 months, but hopefully add some strength.

Not bad Bird, you have a lot more mass than I thought you would.

Keep up the good work.
