Good for you for getting back at it. I know how tough it can be to drop weight as a female in middle age. Are you logging your progress anywhere?
And great legs, Bullpup![/quote]
Thanks for the complement.
I am keeping track of my weight and tracking my meals on a site called Sparkpeople. Perhaps I will keep track of the goals that I accomplished on my profile page.
I workout out at LA Fitness five days a week.
(If anyone has a/some suggestion/s or comment/s please write a reply. I am here to listen and learn)
My routine:
Cardio- I do cardio five days a week, most of the time (95% of the time). My goal is to burn 3,500 a week. It is just burning 500 calories a day. I make this goal about once a month, and hope to meet it more often as I become more disciplined. I use free weights & weight machine for weight training.
Monday
Legs, Shoulders, Chest, Forearms
Tuesday
Biceps, Triceps, Back
Wednesday
Legs, Shoulders, Chest, Forearms
Thursday

Thank you for the encouragement! I have maintained the weight that I’ve lost since June of last year, (7 months) but have not lost any additional weight. I am trying to figure out what exactly I am doing wrong… I think I know though- time will tell. I am very determined. I have a close relationship with God. He helps me every day, but now after writing that I know that doesn’t make since because I haven’t lost weight since June. However, I am maintaining my weight and sometimes maintaining lost weight is harder than losing weight… But I know that sometimes I am not doing my part when it comes to eating the correct things all of the time. Well, I think it is good to snack on unhealthy stuff sometimes, so I guess what I meant to say is… I don’t know anymore! LOL
