Favorite T-Nation Program?

I’ve been through TBT three times and have made gains each time.

another one here for Chad’s routines - I personally recommend ABBH, QD and TBT, as well as the singles club one.

Am currently doing ABBH but with some different movements - emphasising o-lift hybrids and their cousins - eg power cleans, snatch grip deads and push presses etc…

Ditto

ABBH I and II, nothin too complicated. just a great routine that has given many people great results, including myself.

Without a doubt, Ian King’s programs are my favorite. If you follow his Advanced Upper and Lower Body routines (bring on the pain series) to the letter combined with his ab training series and “A Lazy Man’s Guide to Stretching,” you’re guaranteed great progress.

However, these programs require a lot of planning and patience, in addition to not listening to every bandwagon junkie telling you that “western” periodization is worthless.

What I currently find most interesting about the typical viewpoints of the strength coaches contributing to Testosterone is that they are undeniably influenced by Pavel Tsatsouline. He has been the initator of this entire whole body training, heavy weight, low rep, far from failure wave that is popular right now. At the same time, everyone here seems to like to bash him and his kettlebells.

Come on fellas, do you not recognize who initiated this trend? It wasn’t Chad Waterbury, I can assure you.
