Been using a sugar free low carb bbq sauce. Like 1g carb per tbspn. Love it. Or try various hot sauces

Besides coconut aminos and salsa, I like sriracha.

Yea coconut aminos is what I used, just typed soy so most new what I was talking about. I actually bought a half gallon of salsa yesterday as well. Didn’t use it yet though. I’ve been doing a lot of almost zero calorie pico and thought salsa might be too close so I talked myself out of using it.

I like the lowest calorie Teriyaki I can find. I don’t buy online, just what the store has. I think it is 35 cal for two table spoons. You can mix with soy sauce pretty easily. That brings down calories.

Haven’t thought about teriyaki! I’ll grab a bottle

I’m sure online you can find close to calorie free. For sure a bit different flavor then most sauces. Just had red and yellow bell peppers with shrimp, cashew and teriyaki sauce. All cooking in the air fryer.

I’ve found some bad ass sauces online, mainly through following pro BB dudes on IG, but that stuff is usually like $15+ a bottle. With the amount of eating I’m doing it would be insane trying to keep up with that. I’m already going through like 3 bottles of sauce a week :joy:

Hot sauces are king. Most are 0-5 calories. Siracha already got a mention, but there are so many others on the market to try.

I also, no joke, like mixing the walden’s zero calorie chocolate syrup with meats. Tuna pairs well with it, but it can honestly go with anything. And you can get even more deviant and mix it with siracha to give it a spicy kick.

I’ve been using a 50/50 lemon juice and water mixture for deglazing and reductions lately for all of my white meats. Does pork tenderloin, turkey and chicken breaststroke beautifully.

I was on a prosecco vinegar with lemon oil infused extra virgin olive oil kick too for a while, which can be insanely good with some fresh basil.

Edit:
Auto correct got me on the breaststroke but I’m just gonna leave it there for posterity.

I’ve been trying to find his new ones that taste like chick filet sauce everywhere, haven’t found it yet.

I saw those at the grocery store the other day. Just kept walking. Didn’t want to temp myself :joy:

For a while i was stuck on sugar free ketchup…even on rice meals like rice and chicken or rice and beef. I still use it for some things, and found regular ketchup actually to be too sweet now. Hot sauce is a good one, so is mustard. I saw on the HD muscle channel on youtube that they like pc brand sweet and heat mustard…and now i like that one too…nice change
