Cock Push-Ups
Kettlebell Douchebag Hammer Toss (How its done is find some douchebag on their cell phone during a middle of their set and toss a kettlebell at em as hard and fast as you can)
I seriously like curls. Any curl, any time. Also, strict standing military presses. Conventional deadlifts w/ some chalk and loud music.
Sorry it’s not as hardcore as the “1 armed snatch kettlebell pushup pullover”.
my fav lifts always change. It usually depends on whats making the best progress at the time. At the moment Im loving my Squats. I haven’t missed a rep or failed to consistently up the weight for months

Hmmmm… I need to try this.
Can I use a shot put to mix it up everyone now and then?
Deadlifts
Bench
I’m with BigKDawg on this one:
Squat Rack Curls (light) while everyone is waiting to use the rack for Deads and Squats.
Partial wrist curls in the squat rack

Swiss ball bodyblade work is prolly my favorite.

So I went to the weightroom today, doing my second workout of 5x5 program. I started deadlifting, and after my warmup sets, I put on a close weight to my 5RM and started lifting it. On my 3rd rep, I realize how much I love deadlifting. It was very sudden, and I can’t believe how awesome it feels to pick up a big amount of weight and rip it off the floor.
What’s your favorite lift/lifts? Did you grow to love them, or did you suddenly realize you liked them?[/quote]
I love the Deadlift too, once I learned to lock my triceps and do it right. Simple but man so effective! The commercial gym where I lift is also usually pretty quiet over in that area too, so it can be just you and the bar. That’s my favorite part.
- TBDL
- Dumb Bench
I’m tall, those two exercise variants are very productive…for me anyway.
My favorite lift is my fork to my mouth ![]()

Do whatever you see fit… the point is getting rid of douchebags in the gym by ANY MEANS NECESSARY.
- Snatch
- Deadlift
- Close-grip Bench
Deadlift
Squat
Pretty much any leg exercise.
Besides the DL, I like the Gironda Bench Press. It is quite different from ordinary BP. You lift your legs and cross them, like for a crunch motion. You then lift from your chest so the bar is above your nose or even further back. You don’t push straight up but slightly toward your head.
Can’t use nearly the weight and I do it in a power rack for safety, but it activates more muscle (IMHO).
Power clean and jerk
squats a close second…
I love the power clean and jerk though because the cardio bunnies look at me like I am crazy.
Lower body
Deadlift
Box Squat
Upper Body
Weighted Chins
DB Bench
Squats & Im learning the snatch I have bad technique but its comming

Why would you cross your legs? I have never understood that.
