This question is for Coach Davies. In the FtoF program, are the one arm BB snatches/cleans to be done w/each arm before moving on to the next exercises, or are the arms to be alternated from rotation to rotation?
Should I take in post workout nutrition immediately after working out if my main goal is fat loss?
Although my name is not Coach Davies, I can tell you I finished FtF about a month ago and did the following: 1 arm (weaker first) and did the 6 reps I believe for each, so 12 total reps.
As to what I did post workout, I sucked down 1 scoop of surge. I weigh 203 so mix accordingly. On my off days I did HIIT sprints and didn’t do any post workout drink for that.
Its what I did, and I lost around 3.5% body fat and lost 9 lbs. quite neat program. I had fun with it.
