Fat To Fire I

Hello All,

 I just finished Meltdown Training I and am about to begin Coach Jon Davies' Fat To Fire I program. And I have a couple of questions, the first concerns the number of sets, are the prescribed number of sets six? Finally the jump roping is performed as a warmup prior to the weigt training, correct?

If I remember correctly, it is 6 total ‘circuits’…do superset A, move on to superset B, then to superset C, rest, repeat circuit 6 times…The rope work is performed as a warm up, but dont chince out on it, and think its just a nice easy warmup, use it as a way to work real hard, and bring up your GPP and work capacity…you wanna be nice and warm before you get into that workout, from what i remmeber its really kick ass.
