Hey all, I just had a question regarding the Fat to Fire program by John Davies. I’m currently 17, 185 to 190lbs, 6’2". The aforementioned info was jsut in case you wanted to offer any advice on training methodologies. Anyways, in the article it says you will go through the whole list of exercises 6 times. Now, just to varify this, but does that mean do every exercise 6 sets of 10 reps or 8 reps? If my math is correct, it would take more along the lines of 55 minutes to complete a workout going through the list 6 times, but maybe I’m misunderstanding your wording. I know 10 minutes isn’t a long time or anthing to be griping about, but I was jsut making sure that the program was this much volume, as it would pretty much suck to overtrain these next 3 weeks. I don’t know, but it would be great if someone could fill me in. Thankya.
