I’ve been popping fibercon pills like crazy and drinking tons of water. No problems here.

I’ve really want to try the FF Diet, the thing is though - WHERE DO I GET THE PROTEIN I NEED TO MAINTAIN MY MUSCLES??? I’m 5’8, 220lbs (no I’m not joking) With this diet I want to drop to 190 - 200lbs somewhere in that area. I’ve never been FAT, just bulky. I don’t even look close to fat, but I want my muscles to have nice definition. If I’m supposed to eat around 220 grams of protein, how many shakes am I gonna have per day, 8-10 shakes??? Anyone got any tips on where I can increase my protein consumption??? Also, which should I use - ANDROSOL or NANDROSOL??? Hope to hear some good tips.

I’m not sure if this has been asked before but here goes - WOULD IT BE A GOOD IDEA TO INCORPORATE GVT (GERMAN VOLUME TRAINING) WHILE ON THE FAT FAST??? I’m only asking because it builds lean muscle fairly quickly. It sounds like a good way to LEAN OUT really quick. ANY IDEA’S???

Okay guys!! It’s time I did this. I have tried for a few days in the past but weighed myself with those awful Tanita scales and had put on 2% b/fat in around 3 days. This time I’ll stick with it for 4 weeks if I can, I have a shed load of fat to get rid of. Respect to all you guys (and gal’s) out there doing this diet!!
Help me Obi Wan Kenobi you’re my only hope!!!

DG- I suggest you use romaine lettuce or spinach for your fiber supplementation.
BigDawg- I didn’t say the diet didn’t work, I just said the diet only worked for someone who took steroids.

Its been 36 days since I started FF. I’ve been off the diet for the last 2 weeks but remained high protein, low carb (<100g) and below maintenance on cals. On March 1 I was 190#@16.4%. I’m now 180#@13.6%. Bf was tested with cheap, handheld bio-imp device. Bf measurement by ‘girth chart’ indicates ~8.85% but I think that’s too low. I estimate that I’m closer to 12% in reality. If the bio-imp readings are accurate that means a drop of 6.68# fat and 3.32# lbm. That would really suck but I don’t believe it 'cause I’m actually stronger than when I started the diet. Arm measurements are only down maybe 1/4 in. Waist is down from 33" to 31" and pants are too loose now. Visual indications of leaness are really good (i.e. upper abs, serratus, ribs, leg cuts, and lots of vascularity). I’m easing back into a mass cycle now and increasing carbs and total calories. Ordered 8g Fina so I’m going to do 20 days of Finasol. This diet has made a big change in my appearence and I plan on doing it again after gaining about 15-20#. Good luck to everyone.

Well Burrito I am not gonna argue with you anymore since you can’t see the facts as they are in all of our posts here. For anyone else listening. This diet is working for me and lots of others, just read the posts. I can’t speak for everyone but I am not on the steriods and I am not even taking Androsol. I haven’t lost my hard earned muscle and have dropped a shit load of fat, so it does work maybe not for everyone but it does work without roids.

BigDawg- You told Mark that some sort of anabolic was needed in order to keep the muscle on the fat fast diet. So, we agree. Don’t misrepresent what I say. Again I’m not saying that people taking steroids will lose muscle on this diet. Most of the people on here are doing great, and most people are using steroids as is suggested in the fat fast article. Without the steroids this diet would need to be modified in order to preserve muscle.

No Burrito I said that Steriods AREN’T needed. I am not taking anything other then Tribex and Methoxy7. These are definatly not steriods.I think you are confused with the article on the Fat Fast. Androsol isn’t a steriod, he tried the diet so he could see if it could be done a legal way without steriods and it was proven that it is possible.

MP…There were a few days when my weight didn’t change but the tape did when I measured myself. Keep up the good work, you will see results.

Almost done with day 4. Lost 6 pounds (of water) since Tues. Here is my new problem. I’m not hungry… at all. It’s a struggle to take down all my shakes. Not due to taste, but just an un-settled stomach. If I miss a shake or two during the day, how much will that hinder my efforts?

Day 30 this morning. I am down 19 1/2 pounds and another 1/4 inch off my waist making it 3 3/4 inches. My waist hasn’t been this tight in over 7 years and it feels great, although thanks to genetics I still have these tiny love handles(Thanks dad). I am going to go for another 5 days taking me up till next Thursday, I am 6 pounds away from my goal of 25 pounds. I have noticed a big slow down in results in the last couple of weeks but they are still coming. I am definatly going to do this again with the combo of MD6 and T2 maybe at the end of May beginning of June. KEEP IT UP EVERYONE!!!

I need some help! I really want to start the diet i have bought the flax seed oil and everything, but the problem is that i don’t know how to find how much calories do i need. Can somebody please reply and tell me how to find my calorie intake for the whole Fast fat diet? And another question, can somebody tell me what does resting calorie expenditure mean? Thanks!

well…still no weight change…and it’s been a few days…but GUESS WHAT??? i found these ‘great’ 3 carb bars at GNC! 20 g of protein, 3 carbs, and taste decent too! What a find, right??? NO NO NO NO NO. my ‘t-mag guru’ asked me if there was glycerine in the bars. i said yes, it’s the second ingredient. here’s some news…glycerine is not a carb according to the FDA, but it acts like one! how wonderful! so i blew 3 days of the fat fast by getting who knows how many carbs from these damn bars. just a warning to all of you…

BigDawg-How much Methoxy-7 are you using for FF?

Bigdawg(AKA Tyler) you seem to know the most right now. So here goes, Is it possible to do the diet without ANDROSOL??? You said you were using TRIBEX and METHOXY-7, is there a way of reducing the cost of the diet??? Or is the least expensive way to use the MD6 & ANDROSOL??? Shit almost 25lbs. in 30 days, how many shakes are you getting each day??? Did you give yourself a day of grace to eat tuna or chicken??? It looks like you’re KICKING FAT INTO ANOTHER PLANET. Help me get there too… Tips PLEASE!!!

HOW MANY BOTTLES OF ANDROSOL ARE NEEDED??? AND HOW MANY SPRAYS/DAY WORKS WELL???

Big doggie dawg. Congrats man . Amazing. I’d love to do the diet myslef but i couldn’t afford the methox and tribex I’m 18 and would love to get down to 6% bf this summer w/o jeaporidizing my muscle i’m building now or my insulin sensitivity. My question is what were your stats when you started(height weight etc.) and do u think its possible to get down to 6% while on a regular diet or something like the don’t diet paln? thanks alot Mike

Ok everyone I have to make this short as I am kinda light in time. I will try to anwer everyones questions that they have. If I miss something let me know and I will answer it later on today…I started Jan 5/01 at 234 at 6’, did the the T-dawg diet for awhile to get down to 220. I was at 220 the day I started the fast and this morning I was at 199lbs 31 days later. I recored all my lifts that I do and I haven’t dropped any strength at the all. A few of my lifts have actually gone up believe it or not. I only used Tribex, Methoxy7, MD6,ZMA and Powerdrive along with protein and Glutamine…I took 1 tbsp of Methoxy 3 times a day, 5 tribex twice a day(am and then around 6-8ish). I took 2 MD6 three times a day. I took in 5-6 protein shakes a day and had 5g of Glutamine with each shake. I added my flax oil to each shake. About an hour before my bedtime shake I took 3 ZMA. Every 5th day for supper I had a meal of chicken with Caesar dressing for my fat. I also take a multi vitamin and some extra vitamin C each day. I took a low carb fiber supp maybe every 3-4 days as it wasn’t a big deal for me…For those that can get it, use Androsol instead of Methoxy7 as you will save a lot of money. I was going through a bottle of Methoxy every 5 1/2 days but had no choice since customs refused to let my Androsol up into Canada. I would recommend you try Methoxy one day though as my muscles have never felt so friggin hard, even without the carbs…After this is over I am going to do a mass program with the Methoxy, Tribex,ZMA.I thought I would try someting last weekend and had carbs all day in each meal. I only gained 1 pound after all that eating and water and felt great. It didn’t hinder my weight loss as I was back to losing weight within two days. It was just something I thought I would try…For my workouts I did my usual routine. 5 days a week, one bodypart a day with cardio right after for between 30-50 minutes. This diet isn’t easy but the results are great everyone. If I didn’t answer everyones question or if you have others, post them. GOOD LUCK TO THOSE STARTING AND KEEP IT UP TO THOSE ON IT!!!
