Folks…Anyone interested in starting yet another fat fast thread for motivation and support?
Just started fat fast on monday. I’m alternating between Grow with fish oil and Dorian Yates’ protein with flax. Calories were at 1525 yesterday divided between 5 meals. I’m taking MD6 with cytomel and I’m having to make myself eat.
I will be starting next Monday is my flax and hemp oil arrive from Protein Factory on time. I will be doing Fat Fast with Meltdown for 3 weeks. Supplements will be ephedra, gotu kola, yohimbe, 5-HTP to help with sleep, and T2. Have not decided yet if I will continue the thermogenics after the 3 week Meltdown cycle. After Meltdown I will stick to Fat Fast and go balls to the wall with Fat to Fire. I’ve tried to start Fat to Fire with Fat Fast before, but quickly converted to T-Dawg, so wish me luck.
Starting an 18-day FF tomorrow, w/ Meltdown II for training. I’ll check in every couple days. Good luck y’all!
I am starting the FAT FAST on Sunday. I have two questions:
1.)
I wanted to include a shake with about 35g C and 25g protein (surge or equiv), and wanted to know if it should be just before or just after my workout?
2.)
What is the best way to come off the fat fast, not to immediately regain the fat, knowning that our insulin sensitivity levels might be depressed?
Folks…Great that there’s a few of us either about to start or have just started…I started on Monday and aiming for about six weeks worth of Fat Fast. I need to get rid of about 25 pounds of flab. Today I weigh 208 and want to get to about 180-185 before starting a muscle-bulking program. Calories are about 1600 a day and trying a HST program that was mentioned on t-mag not too long ago. Will also be taking T2, Methoxy7, and ZMA. Justin: I would have thought that the workout shake would be best after the workout. As to ending the diet and not gaining the flab back, I have seen a post that mentions how to ease back into a normal diet, but I can’t remember where it is…Can anyone help? Everyone: What are your goals in terms of flab to lose and the period of time?

How much fiber are people taking in on fat fast? I’m aiming for about 20 grams per day.
My “Fast” starts tommorow. It will last for 17 days. Then I will “bridge” back to a normal diet with about a week and a half of T-DAWG (to reintroduce carbs slowly), then I will load up on the ALA (600mg/day) and take in probably 300g/carbs a day for 2 days and then thats it.
I’m on day 4 and I’m already getting leaner. I’ve lost a ton of water weight and I love it.
I’m trying to just do whey/casein shakes with either fish oil or flax. I’m getting around 1500 calories with 215 grams protein 15 grams carbs 15 grams fiber and 52 grams of fish/flax oil.
yah the initial water loss is startling, are you taking any ECA stacks? I am going to take them one per day for the next 2 weeks, then stop and allow them to clear my system before even thinking of carb loading (I got a feeling that caffeine just kills my ability to carb load)
But none the less, it will be interesting to see if this actually ‘works’ – how much fat do you want to lose? I am assuming that if I can generate a 1000 calorie a day deficit, then I can lose (1000/9 ~ 100g day of fat loss) and that means that I should in the course of 15-16 days drop 1500g ~ 3.3 pounds of FAT, and probably another 3.3 pounds of water and 3.3 pounds of glucose (these are just ball park, so I would expect to gain 6.6 pounds back once I go back to a normal diet) but I would be happy if I could drop a solid 3 pounds of fat in the next 2 weeks, that’s a lot of pure fat to dissapear. (most people count 10 pounds of weight loss, not taking into account water weight and glucose, etc, I tried to be a precise as possible with my math and expectations)

Hey all. I’m on day 23 of Fat fast and have yet to cheat except for going over my allotted 1300 cal a day 2-3 times but made up for it on others. I’m 21 5"8 and have been seriously working out since I was 14. I started FF on Aug 1st. I weighed 203 at 14.9% o Aug 1st and am now 188 at 11%. I’m entering the 3rd stage of IK’s 12 weeks to super strength. The goal is to hit 6% by the 11th of next month. I’m taking caffiene and ephedrine with t2-pro. I’m also using single does 4-adec and it seems to be helping with the lbm loss. I havent’ lost any stregth. I’m def considering ordering some methoxy and md-6 soon. Md-6 really does work better than just plain caf and eph. Good luck to eveeryone
Day 5 started and I’m pretty much cruising at this point. Dumped 8 lbs, mostly water of course. The short term effects of FF are pretty pyschologically gratifying, since you LOOK leaner before you know it. Extending my FF from 2.5 weeks to 4, since getting rid of all the fat I want in one fell swoop is really tempting.
I am currently on day 6 of my 4 week fat fast. I was originally going to be on it for 5 weeks but I have read in a lot of places that it isn’t that effective after 4 weeks and you are better out carbing up a bit and transitioning into something like T-Dawg. I am currently using MD6, Low Carb Grow, Winny, and Eq. So far I have noticed my chin looking more cutup, muscle insertion points looking more defined and my calves look angular as opposed to being round. Good luck everyone.
I am on day 3 as of this morning, and my energy levels are just zapped! I think this is due to the ECA stack more then anything, but it has just killed my energy, my “workouts” look like something my mom would do. But I guess I’ll just have to choke through it for 14 more days. I have lost a lot of water and real food very apetizing.
Does anyone remember the supplements that Brock had his test case on? Methoxy-7, MD-6 and T2-pro. Anything else. I have a friend ans she wants to try the Fat Fast to get ready for her sister’s wedding. Thanks.

Started day 1 today. Hemp oil makes the shakes taste great.
After starting and stopping (don’t ask), I’m making progress. I’ve been on FF for about a week now (screwed up two times on the weekend), but see some progress. Weight loss has not been as great as before in the same amount of time, but have dropped 1.5 inches off my waist. Am wondering if the Methoxy 7 is helping to keep/add more lean mass thus making the weight loss appear slower? BF has dropped to approx 25% from approx 27%. I am trying to drink a lot more water this time around and doing more light cardio, two 45 minute walks on non-workout days and two bouts of 18 or 24 minutes cycling on workout days (18 minutes after weights and then 24 minutes later on in the day). I feel good energy wise and am not missing the carbs at all. Sleep not great, but seems to be improving. I have 17 or so pounds to go over the next 4.5 weeks which is about 3.8 pounds per week. Not sure if this is realistic and may have to extend another couple of weeks to reach my goal…am aiming to be in the best looking shape of my life for me by my 39th birthday in October. Will post results on Fri or Sat if significant.

To sum it up, you consume 50% of maintence calories with 50% calories coming from protein and 50% from oil. Right now, I have 3 meals a day. Each meal is the same and it consists of 1 scoop of protein powder (~25g protein) and 2 tablespoons oil (~35g oil/fat).
