Magnesium is good for recovery, even as a standalone. I used to take ZMA and it made me recall dreams. Now I don’t remember shit most of the time, or maybe have less dreams.

Well, that’s not the whole cure. You’re actually supposed to put the soap in and wet the sheets…that way you can wash them while sleeping.
Ha! No wonder my wife wants to try that one out! She’d vacuum all night long if the neighbors would let her![/quote]
Your wife likes to vacuum?//

Eh, if it’s a nice vacuum, then there’s something satisfying about those carpet lines.
Heck, I like organizing my pantry. We’re all weird.
Well, I took ZMA all weekend and I didn’t have RLS. It’s back to the gym today, so we’ll see how I fare tonight. I think that will be the true test.
Yeah… It’s not so bad that she likes to vacuum, given that there’s plenty of cat hair to suck up.
I just get annoyed by it because I work from home, and it’s distracting. Of course, I should be working now. But posting to this forum isn’t a distraction that annoys me. As Luthor says, we’re all weird!
epsom salt baths have made me sleep better than both ZMA AND Z-12
maybe my body absorbs the magnesium better when it’s sulfate, i dunno
No RLS last night, post-workout. That makes me happy. Hopefully I don’t have the same experience nowakc did…
If so, maybe I’ll try the epsom salt bath?
