Expanding Waistline

I was saying thers probably a few good side effects like increase alcohol sensitivity,

increase absorbtion of whatever passes thru the colon tract, hell so oral supplements should prove more effective, sounds like win win to me.

To be honest I never even thought about colon health till an older guy mentioned colon cleansing to me.

I thought about it, but this post making me take it more seriously.

It’s a pretty major issue.
Some people can have up to 20 pounds of undigested fecal material in their colons.
This can cause auto-intoxication(self-poisoning) because it ferments, stagnates, and putrefies within the colon.
When people pack too much dairy and junk food, without any fiber, the aperture of the walls of the colon start to shrink.
This is how people get pencil-like stools.
I believe this is one of the major causes of Colorectal disease.

This has been debunked many times.

By who?
The Medical Establishment, who says having 3 bowl movements a week is normal?

Zap - whats the max amount of colo-rectal matter that is packed onto the insides of the intestinal piping?

I have no clue but doctors that look up peoples asses for a living say that this claim is complete garbage.

I tend to believe the pros rather than some guy trying to peddle a questionable supplement.

I dropped about 1 1/2 pounds this weekend after my rectal purge. I’m pretty “anal” about checking my weight…ha, ha, I’m funny…eh, hem…anyway I had been hanging around 182.7lbs for a while. Now I’m at 181.2. That’s the lightest I’ve been in a while. Plus, I FEEL lighter.

Oh,and by the way, even the Medical establishment agrees.
They themselves say that eating too much dairy and meat and not enough fiber can be one of the causes.
I’m not saying that saturated fat does cause Colorectal disease, because I don’t believe that.
However,I do believe that a diet higher in saturated fat and not enough fiber will.

If you eat a good amount of saturated fat and fiber in your diet,I don’t believe you’re at risk, although there are other determining factors.
It’s as stupid as the theory of eggs making your cholesterol levels high,or fat making you fat.

It is garbage and I thought we covered this already in this thread.

For some old woman whose daily intake involves an amount of food that could fit in a coffee cup, that might just be enough. What doctor have you known to state this is expected of a college lineman?

Do you even know how many people have Colorectal Surgery done every year due to constipation?

So,if any doctor is saying constipation isn’t an important factor in Colorectal cancer, but believes Colorectal Surgery is needed for major constipation and to prevent colon cancer, that wouldn’t make any sense.

I am not disputing that fiber is good for the digestive tract or that dairy can cause issues, just the idea that people are walking around with large amounts of crap stuck to the insides of their intestines. It just is not the case.

Who says all doctors don’t believe that?
Maybe YOUR doctor doesn’t.
There are Colorectal Surgeons who do believe this.

Dr. Bernard Jensen, who was nominated for the nobel prize, said out of his own mouth that there were links between constipation and colon cancer.

You’re pretty ignorant to use the “one size fits all attitude” when it comes to talking about doctors and what they agree with.

Well,if someone like me is eating seven-eight meals a day,and only having 3 bowel movements a week, then chances are I’m probably constipated.
Especially if I start feeling bloated.
I’ve had doctors agree with me on this before.

There you go.
Once again stating your opinion as a fact.
John Wayne’s autopsy revealed 40 pounds of impacted feces in his colon.
Elvis reportedly had 60 pounds.
How is that not the case?

What the hell are you arguing? Who wouldn’t agree with that? You stopped making sense somewhere around your first post in this thread.

It isn’t because it is URBAN LEGEND. Your body doesn’t hold 60lbs of waste in its intestines.

Your body is not a black hole. It sounds great for people who don’t know any better. It sounds stupid for those who do.

lmao!

I do not think that it’s overdeveloped abs. Or rather, it IS overdeveloped abs compared to your transverse abdomis. The transverse abdomis is your internal corset.

If it’s developed and doing what it’s supposed to, your stomach should be flat no matter how well-developed your abs are [barring excessive viseral fat and deformed organ growth via GH]. Vacuums and hanging pikes are things you can do to work your transverse.

Right. Any reasonable understanding of physiology and anatomy reveals this. Those who are ill and whose bodies are simply not functioning may have some buildup but nothing like those outlandish figures. Werewolves, Godzilla, and Santa Claus are also myths.
